Couple of El Pasoans are being held in Cd. Juárez on charges of kidnapping a soul in that vexed city. The capper on the story from KVIA.com is the last graf:

The two alleged kidnappers were discovered after they passed out from drinking, allowing the victim to escape and alert authorities.
